This 8-week Shalom Center course will use scripture and the world’s fiction to illuminate the significance of each.  The class will read 8 short stories along with several readings from Hebrew and Christian scriptures. Meet weekly for eight weeks on Thursday mornings from 10:00 am - 11:30 am in Rm 1, Pleasant Hill Community Church. Materials provided. Please register early to receive readings for first class.

Ron Johnson has been an English teacher and a pastor. He has a MAT in teaching English, a PhD in English and American Literature and an MDiv.
